It seems that there are Saami people there, Sápmi is Lapland/land of the Saami in Northern Saami (accoding to Pfft:. Sääˊmjânnam, in Skolt and Säämi in Inari Saami).

Yes, there are. Saami people have been to Ndakota before, to take part in Wačipi at UTTC.
