Fallout 76 has been occupying a fair amount of my time. In fact you could say my life is split evenly between crafts and gaming. If you had asked me a year ago what my ideal life was, I’d say it was this.

This is a spoiler-free review(tm) of a game Anna and I have been playing. Our together game-play process looks a lot like her holding the controller and doing all the things while I mutter helpful and sometimes not contradictory advice, or cheer, or commiserate.
I’ve got a confession to make: I’m hooked on Rimworld. It’s easily the most annoying and thought-provoking game I have ever encountered. I won’t say it’s a great game, but for the right kind of player, it results in some truly amazing game-play.

In my recent posting on Cyberpunk, Commentariat(tm) Agent LykeX decided to call my bluff [stderr] regarding the question of gamifying hacking/cyberwar in a semi-realistic manner. So, in order to better explain the topic, I have arranged for the federal government to horribly face-plant its entire security strategy by suffering a devastating transitive trust attack. Seriously, the timing is remarkable.
