I apologize for the trouble that disrupted the blog for much of the day. It was out of my hands and seems to be fixed now.
I have also been a little busy the last few days and so missed this series of three good clips in the Syria issue from The Daily Show that were shown last Friday. They are a little dated but worth watching.

OT but visitors to this blog who read Prof. Singham’s rants about how beastly the Government of Israel is to the Palestinians might possibly be interested in the following story, which the good professor will undoubtedly ignore. The Government of Israel consists of a bunch of wimps. If and when the Egyptian Army enters Gaza to eliminate the Hamas terrorists who have been assisting militants in the Sinai Desert in attacking Egyptian Army and police elements will find out just wimpish the IDF is. The Egyptian Army will not worry about collateral damage.
